Request for Proposal – Food Service Management Services

STEP Academy is requesting proposals for school food service management services for the 2025-26 school year. The Food Service Management Company would provide management services according to requirements of the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the Minnesota Department of Education.

The mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for May 5, 2025 at via Zoom. Please let Paul Scanlon know if you will wish to attend this meeting. He can be reached at pscanlon@stepacademymn.org

If your company is interested in this service, please send a proposal/quote along with a detailed description of the requested services, as well as a price breakdown and the equipment/supplies used for the service. All proposals must be submitted to pscanlon@stepacademymn.org no later than 12:00 PM on May 16, 2025.

STEP Academy is requesting proposals for building cleaning services for the 2025-26 school year.
