This month, six students and Mr. Nupen attended High School Innovation and Entrepreneurship Day at the University of St. Thomas. An all-day event where they learned what it takes to be an entrepreneur, met other entrepreneurial high school students from all over the Twin Cities, and spent the day on campus at a top Entrepreneurship program collaborating on entrepreneurial ideas.
The morning was spent learning about the Design Thinking process and developed a gift for their teammate. In the afternoon students watched St. Thomas students pitch their business plans to a panel of judges and had their own opportunity to vote for their favorite.
